Document delivery requests are placed through your My Library account. Use your Federation login name and password to log in.
Can't log in? The causes could be:
You are blocked from submitting a request if you have any overdue library loans or bills for replacement costs. You also won’t be able to borrow an interlibrary loan that has arrived for you until you have resolved the matter.
Expired enrollment or employment date. If you also can’t log in to the University network, then this is the likely explanation.
TAFE and undergraduate students cannot request materials from other libraries through Document Delivery Services.
