Conflicts occur when reviewers disagree about whether a reference should be included or excluded. In Covidence all votes are blinded during this process to minimise bias in the conflict-resolving vote.
For Title and Abstract the final decision can be yes, no, or maybe. A 'maybe' vote will move the reference into full-text screening.
For Full Text conflicts the resolution depends on the reason of the disagreement. Your decision may be between including or excluding a specific study or it can require determining an exact exclusion reason.
