Unit Readings support

Providing curriculum specific readings and resources academic staff set for students for the unit of study.  

The Library’s Unit Readings service will prepare and deliver your requested readings directly into your Moodle unit.  

You can then arrange the resources, group into topics or weeks, place resource links throughout a Moodle unit, view usage statistics, change citation styles, & roll over Readings Lists to new Moodle units from semester to semester.

Students can view the readings :

• as a list ; and

• when placed  individually at the point of relevance - e.g Moodle sections, books, pages etc; and

can access the resource directly from within Moodle content, not needing to go outside to locate.
Academic staff can also:

• View student accesses of each reading by number and name

• Add notes of direction for students

• Leave the in-place reading links to be rolled over for next semester.
