Individual consultations

Liaison librarians can:

  • introduce you to Library services and resources which support learning, teaching and research
  • help you select appropriate databases and search them effectively
  • provide advice on how you can save and reuse your searches
  • show you how to keep up to date using automated alerts
  • help you to manage your references with EndNote

Requesting books

As a Federation University staff member, you can request print books from the Federation University Library's collection using your login and password.

You can keep track of your borrowed and requested books through myLibrary.

You can also use myLibrary to make a Document Delivery request for books and journal articles not held in our collection. Read our Guide to Document Delivery for more information.
