Learning Resources: Adding Resources to a Resources List

For teaching staff: managing content for your Learning Resources List

Adding Resources to your Resources List

To add new resources via Learning Resources tool in Moodle

There are two methods to add new resources to your Resources List. Any item available through QuickSearch (the library's print and electonic holdings) in Fulltext can be linked easily through the Learning Resources tool using 'Find an existing resource'.  If the resource you need is not available via the library you can manually type in a new citation and request for it to be digitised using the "Add a new journal / book resource".

1. Find an existing resource : add full text journal articles, eBooks, eBooks chapters from QuickSearch (which includes Library databases and catalogue)

2. Add a New journal resource / New book resource : request book chapters and excerpts, journal articles, and other material not available in full text to be located and scanned by the Library
