Printing & photocopying credit can be added online at the Follow Me Print payment gateway (https://fmp.federation.edu.au) by paying with your credit card. Follow Me Print credit can be used for both printing and photocopying. Students at the Mt Helen, SMB, Gippsland, Berwick, and Horsham campuses can also add credit at the Information Desk in the Library. EFTPOS is available at the Mt Helen, Gippsland, Berwick, and SMB libraries.

If you are using a campus networked printer you can print directly by printing to the student queue. There are instructions above each printer to help you print.

• at your PC, print from Word, Powerpoint, Acrobat Reader, etc.
• wait for the BEAR printing dialog box. You can choose black and white or colour, single sided or double sided printing.
• (Unreleased print jobs will remain in your print queue for 6 hours before they are automatically deleted)
• go to any campus printer and place your student card against the printer where directed
• select PrintAnywhere on the touch screen
• select the print jobs you want to release
• press Start
• press the Access key on the number pad when you are finished to log off
• press Yes on the touch screen to confirm you want to log off

If you are using your own device on-campus or printing from home, you will need to first log onto Follow Me Print web submission page (https://fmp.federation.edu.au).

(Note: unreleased documents for printing will remain for 6 hours before they are automatically deleted)

• go to the Submit Print tab and upload the document you wish to print
• (the Library recommends uploading your document as a PDF file. You can save to PDF format from Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• go to any campus printer and place your student card against the printer where directed
• select PrintAnywhere on the touch screen
• select the print jobs you want to release
• press Start
• press the Access key on the number pad when you are finished to log off
• press Yes on the touch screen to confirm you want to log off

1. Go to any campus printer and place your student ID against the printer where directed
2. Press Fax/Scan button on the screen of the printer
3. Select E-mail
4. Go to address book and select Email me if you want to scan to your student email address
5. If you want to scan to another email address, enter that address and press OK
6. Place document on document feeder face up, press OK and start button
7. When scanning is complete, press Access key on number pad

1. Go to any campus printer and place your student ID against the printer where directed
2. Press Fax/Scan button on the screen of the printer
3. Select E-mail
4. Go to address book and select Email me if you want to scan to your student email address
5. If you want to scan to another email address, enter that address and press OK
6. Place document on document feeder face up, press simplex/duplex, 2-sided, OK, start button
7. When scanning is complete, press Access key on number pad
