The conditions of interlibrary loans, including loan period and availability of renewals, are at the discretion of the lending library.
You can check the due date of an interlibrary loan via your My Library record.
Return interlibrary loans through the returns chute at any of the Federation University Australia campus libraries or post the items back to Document Delivery Services at:

Please ensure that you return the interlibrary loan book strap with the item.
You won't be able to renew an interlibrary loan yourself, as you might with most other material.
If you would like to request a renewal of the loan, please contact Document Delivery Services 3-4 days before the due date. Staff will check the policy of the lending library and apply for a renewal if one is available.
Do penalties apply for overdue or lost ILLs?
Yes, as per your other Federation University Australia loans.
We will also pass on to you any overdue fines or replacement costs that we have had to pay the lending library on your behalf.
